How does Mail Club work?
Each month, a brand-new collection is released featuring exclusive cat-themed stationery and activities in your mail.
You can join in one of two ways:
Monthly Subscription – Save 10% with automatic monthly renewals.
One-Time Purchase – Purchase individual collections directly from the listing page without subscribing.
💳 Billing & Membership
When will my mail be shipped?
Collections are typically packed and shipped towards the end of the month in which they are released.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia: Approximately 1 week
International: Up to 4 weeks
Please allow additional time during peak periods such as Christmas. International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal services.
What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in USD.
If your local currency differs, your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees.
How do I cancel or edit my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Your Account's billing and settings page.
Do subscribers receive exclusive content like Patreon?
No. Studio Nekoya no longer offers member-exclusive digital content.
Instead, my focus is on creating high-quality physical mail, stationery, and thoughtfully curated experiences delivered directly to your mailbox.

Where are you located?
Studio Nekoya is based in Sydney, Australia.
How are orders shipped?
Most mail club rewards are sent via standard letter mail.
Australian deliveries are handled by Australia Post.
If your order requires tracking, please contact me directly and I'll be happy to help.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping is already included in the listed price.
If you live outside Australia, please ensure you select the International option when purchasing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Studio Nekoya ships to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on your country's postal service and customs processing times.
Will I need to pay customs, VAT, or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
⚠️ Issues, Delays & Refunds
What should I do if my mail never arrives?
I'm so sorry to hear that.
Providing a wonderful mail experience is incredibly important to me, so if your mail appears lost, please get in touch and I'll do my best to arrange a replacement if possible.
Before contacting me, please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
Can I receive a refund?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with print quality, please contact me and I'll be happy to discuss a replacement or refund.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused and in their original condition before a refund can be considered.
